Generally the only extra charges are taxes and shipping if required. Our shipping charges are minimal. You have the option to pick up your order if your desire.
This depends on the type of project you have. We will advise your turnaround time once we have your project details. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs in as timely a manner as possible. We want you to come back!
Absolutely! We can come by your premises or you can come by our office, whichever is convenient for you. We are always happy to answer your questions and review your project in person - just give us a call or send us an email and we will work out a mutually acceptable time.
We are open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM but you have access to our online systems 24 hours a day. If need be, we will provide weekend service.
We regret that you cannot return your product once it is printed as it is a custom item. You may cancel anytime up until you have approved the artwork proof (some charges may apply).
Yes, we can ship same day, next day or expedite across Canada or the U.S. over 3 - 4 days
